919Dine.com coordinates delivery for Raleigh residents West of Creedmoor road from Downtown all the way up to Brier Creek in North Raleigh. How do I place an order?
You can place an order online at 919Dine.com or call 919-851-3700 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with placing your order.

How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We typically quote between 45 minutes and one hour for dinner deliveries, but we strongly recommend lunch orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance. All Holly Springs and extended distance deliveries have a minimum 1 hour quote time. All multi-restaurant orders have a 1 hour quote time.

What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
The delivery fee is $3.99 when you order online.
The delivery fee is $4.99 for all orders placed via phone.
(up to 7 miles driving distance from the restaurant)

Extended distance rates apply beyond 7 miles:

  • $3.99 Delivery Fee $15 food minimum up to 7 miles. 15% tip suggested
  • $4.99 Delivery Fee $20 food minimum up to 8 miles + 15% tip added
  • $4.99 Delivery Fee $30 food minimum up to 9 miles + 15% tip added
  • $4.99 Delivery Fee $40 food minimum up to 10 miles + 15% tip added
  • 10+ miles at our discreation

  • If you are overcharged/undercharged on your delivery fee, the amount will be ajusted before your order is placed. Please pay attention to the delivery fee you are being charged in your shopping cart. Distance is calculated on the shortest route from the restaurant to your delivery location.

    There is a $15.00 minimum food total for all orders per restaurant up to 7 miles. All orders subject to 3% processing fee on food total for operational costs.

    What are my payment options?

    * Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address) and 919Dine Gift Certificates.
    * Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and 919Dine Gift Certificates.

    If you are paying with cash and have a bill larger than $20.00, you must either leave a note in your online order or tell us over the phone. Our drivers do not carry enough change to break large bills without notice.

    We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards.

    Can I order from multiple restaurants?
    Because of our wide delivery range and number of restaurants we no longer allow multiple restaurants on the same order. However you may still place two separate orders from two restaurants. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per order. You can leave us a comment after placing your first order letting us know that it's part of a multiple order; this has proven beneficial when planning your delivery. Your separate orders may be delivered by separate drivers. We recommend either splitting the gratuity or treating each order as though it will be handled by multiple drivers.

    Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
    Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call 919-851-3700 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

    How do I know that my online order has been placed?
    All first time online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times before they are processed. You will receive a confirmation number as soon as your order is placed online and a confirmation phone call is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that did not go through, incorrect items on your order or incorrect delivery address.

    Can I cancel my order?
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 919-851-3700 and a manager will assist you.

    I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
    If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount. If our driver has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection, you will be charged for both items.

    We do not issue refunds for orders. Should you have an issue with your food, we will be happy to speak with the restaurant to assist in a refund. We are contractually obligated to not refund any orders without consent from the restaurant.

    Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
    Gratuity is generally not included for orders under $60. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant. All orders over $60 will be subject to a minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your driver is amply compensated. If you choose to tip beyond 15% on orders over $60, please either call us so that we can make that adjustment or feel free to tip extra in cash when your driver delivers your food.

    Drivers do not have paper receipts and therefor a gratuity cannot be added to your credit card at the door. If you would like to leave a gratuity on your card, please do so at the time of order or simply by calling us at 919-851-3700 and we'll be glad to add your gratuity to the card.

    All orders beyond 7 driving miles from the restaurant will be subject to an automatic 15% gratuity.

    919Dine.com reserves the right to implement an automatic gratuity to any order at our descretion. As independent contractors our drivers have the right to refuse delivery.

    Is my coupon/gift card to (restaurant name) valid to use with 919Dine.com?
    No. Only 919Dine.com coupons and gift certificates are valid with our delivery orders. Please dine-in to take advantage of restaurant issued coupons and gift cards.

    How do I add a special request?
    Once you've added an item to your cart you will need to click 'Customize' then type in your special request.

    *Please note that any modifications made to your order may incur additional fees at the restaurant's discretion. For example many restaurants charge a fee for extra cheese, salad dressings or substitutions for side items.
